It's time to form a council
To rid our town of trash
To promote the health and safety
Of those of us with cash

No more littering in vacant lots
We've got profits to compare
A little varnish and semi-gloss
And the hard up disappear

For the retrograde dispensable
We have requirements and laws
If your house is not adaptable
It serves no purpose in our cause

We're cleaning up the streets
With every stealthy purchase
Offering economic treats
If you only scratch the surface

Surely we can stop this blight
Of recalcitrant despair
Think of all the real estate
That lies in disrepair
