Wishing a very Happy 18th Wedding Anniversary to DAVID and IMAN, who married during a civil ceremony in Switzerland, at the Lausanne Registry Office this very day eighteen years ago on 24th April 1992.

Then later they held their wedding ceremony in Florence, Italy on the 6th June 1992.

The contemporary or modern wedding gift for the 18th anniversary is porcelain.

DAVID BOWIE's anthemic song 'Changes' was played at a Conservative general election manifesto conference in South London this morning at the derelict Battersea Power Station.

The song echoed their 'Vote for change' slogan displayed on their general election banners.

The conference was attended by 500 Tory candidates plus new members, supporters and the media to hear Tory leader David Cameron's speech.

BOWIE AUTOBIOGRAPHY IN 2011

JASPER LOOKFOIL Publishing Group (JLPG) have reportedly advanced DAVID BOWIE a whopping $11m for the sole rights to his forthcoming autobiography.

Currently Oprah Winfrey holds the record for the world's highest book advance fee, previously held by former US President Bill Clinton who was reportedly given a $15m advance fee for his autobiography 'My Life'.

The exact publishing date is not available at present, but Jasper Lookfoil are expecting a target release date of no later than the fall of 2011.

A little bird at JLPG tells me the project has had two different working titles, namely 'Sailor Flop' and 'Isolar Pay Fold', and that David has been working on this project on and off for the past 18 months.

As you are no doubt aware, 'Sailor' is the alias that David uses for his postings on his official website and 'Isolar' is the name of his own business company.

BOWIE GRACES RUSSIAN ESQUIRE

As you can see DAVID BOWIE appears on the front cover of the Russian edition of ESQUIRE magazine.

This April 2010 issue 54 features: Amenities - rules of life, David Bowie, David Duchovny and Matt Groening and a five-minute guide to the bitten policemen.

I can't tell you much more, as my Russian is about as good as my Japanese.
