I shall listen to Low for the rest of the weekend in your honour.
Rest in Peace Roy.

The Independent published Roy's obituary on 7th May - Read here
DUNCAN and RODENE JONES have just announced the name of their baby girl.
... our lovely little girl has a name. (We chose it a while ago)
Zowie Tala Mabsie Jones.
About time SOMEONE made use of my middle name, even if I wasn't ready to! ?? @rodeneronquillo
Duncan then went on to explain the names...
Zowie, because I'm an egomaniac
Tala, is a beautiful name & one Tagalog meaning for it is "Star"
Mabsie in memory of the wonderful women Marion Skene who raised me & died last year
And Jones for this...
[The Coasters - Along Came Jones]
(Ed. What a fabulous name!)

Having purchased the new book I can confirm that this is Gold for any Bowie/Record collector. The printing of the images is top quality and this revised bible is not to be missed. - Martin Jones - April 20, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
Being a Bowie fan for more than 45 years and relying on the first edition of the book since 1994 there is only one word that tells it all: ASTONISHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reto and Marshall. Love On Ya! What a great tribute to our MAINMAN. David would have loved it and probably will right just now. - Peter Gooren - April 20, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
For rating, there aren't enough stars, man. What can one say except it is sublime beyond the paradigms of what is and shall ever be: indeed, Satori must be something just the same. Look down here David, we're in heaven xxx - Mike Meehan - April 20, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
I am a small collector of David Bowie and I want to thank Reto and Marshall for what has been done. The book is a true work of art for collectors of EP 7" but also for fans of live concerts as the writer. I must say that the long wait was rewarded by the result. Ciao to all. - Gianni - April 21, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
I have orbited 'Planet Bowie' since 1972 as a young 11 year old boy.I thought i knew everything about my hero; I was wrong. This fantastic, well realized book is stunning with beautiful pictures. An absolute ESSENTIAL purchase for any Bowie aficionado. - Fred Smith - April 24, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
Marshall/Reto and all involved, Thank you for such a fantastic publication. The images are excellent, the information invaluable - I now have a collection to be proud of all under the cover of this beautiful book!! - Craig Wilkinson - April 24, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).
As a Bowie collector since 1972 my early years of gathering information on releases was by word and mouth and whatever information I could glean. Fast forward years I don't want to count and I have what I can only describe as a Bowie singles bible. The set out, information and photographic images are second to none. I can't imagine the work and effort that went into producing this masterpiece. An absolute brilliant read and a mine of information. As a Bowie fan I cannot recommend this high enough,Reto and Marshall take a bow chaps you deserve it. - Paul Osborne - April 24, 2018 (Rated 5 out of 5 stars).

'WELCOME TO THE BLACKOUT (LIVE LONDON '78)' 3 x LP SET
This previously unreleased 3 LP set was recorded live during the 1978 world tour at Earls Court, London on the 30th June and 1st July 1978 by Tony Visconti and was mixed by David and David Richards at Mountain Studios, Montreux, 17th-22nd January 1979. The 45 rpm 12" single features the first appearance of the full length demo of 'Let's Dance' which was previously released in an EDITED form digitally for David's birthday this year. The full-length demo version clocks in at 7.34 and like the edited version this was mixed by Nile Rodgers (original co-producer of the demo with David) in Nov/Dec of last year. The demo is backed by the live version of 'Let's Dance' recorded live at Pacific National Exhibition Coliseum, Vancouver, BC, Canada on 12 September 1983 and mixed by Bob Clearmountain. This version can be seen in the Serious Moonlight concert film and was also previously available on the AA side of the now very rare Australian 'David Bowie Is' exhibition exclusive yellow vinyl 7" single. The sleeve of the 12" single is a differently coloured variation of the original 'Let's Dance' single cover - [More details].

The tracks are drawn from the Low and "Heroes" albums and all of the audio is from the A New Career In A New Town box set remastered by Tony Visconti. The package now features a newly designed inner sleeve with a rarely seen black and white image of David and Etzel von Sprieteufel taken by Corinne Schwab in Berlin in 1977 - [More details].

Still deciding on our soon to be born, little girls first name... such an important decision! We like "Yelp Jones" as we would get extra check-in bonuses at countless local restaurants, but "Instagram" has promised us unique filters!
Many congratulations to Duncan, Rondene, Stenton and all the family. We're over the moon for you all xxx

Synopsis: In 1990, on their third world tour together, photographer Denis O'Regan told David Bowie what inspired him to take up rock photography. 'It's because of you,' said Denis. He was inspired by Bowie's 1973 Ziggy Stardust concert at the Hammersmith Odeon. Bowie's response: 'Nah, you'll probably tell Bono the same thing tomorrow night.'
In Ricochet: Bowie 1983, the official photographer of one of the most celebrated musicians of all time reveals intimate stories and pictures that offer an exclusive insight into David Bowie the man and musician. Taken on the 'Serious Moonlight Tour' - Bowie's largest ever tour that took in 99 concerts in over 60 cities - Denis's photos provide a thrilling, intimate view of life on the road with a unique pop icon. From capturing the theatre and mime of Bowie on stage to unguarded snapshots of the artist at his most human, every single image in Ricochet was personally approved by Bowie himself, and the result is a music photography book like no other.
Witty, poignant, and beautifully produced, Ricochet is a rare and spirited look into the life of an inimitable artist, whose music and performances have inspired - and continue to inspire - generations of listeners around the world.
